The secret recipe of MELTS Chocolate was created by Ivan Nikolaienko who had a passion for chocolate since 1960s and then carried his knowledge and experience to his son and then to his grandson Sergiy Nikolaienko.
Sergiy and his wife Anastasia have since completed and perfected this recipe to bring together perfect taste with health benefits and its production began in Ukraine, city of Kherson in 2019!
In the first years after entering the Ukrainian market, MELTS chocolate took its rightful place on supermarket shelves along with organic products and in health and sports nutrition stores.
Unfortunately, the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops in 2022 and the subsequent capture of the city of Kherson led to a halt in production and the subsequent relocation of the Nikolaienko family to Germany.
But the hardships did not overcome Sergiy and Anastasia – in May 2023 Sergiy and Anastasia moved to Hamburg, Germany, where, starting from scratch, they had launched new production of MELTS Chocolate to get world’s acknowledgment for this wonderful product.
